ALTECO HI-TEMP RTV SILICONE GASKET MAKER is a solvent free, elastic, room temperature curing compound designed to deliver reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets for assembling machine parts that resists weathering and thermal cycling without cracking, shrinking and migration. Ideal as replacement for gasket, seal, gasket dressing, cork and felt. It’s stable at temperatures from -62˚C to 343˚C

Application Areas: Valve Covers, Oil Pans, Timing Covers, Water Pumps, Transmission Pans, etc.

How to use
1. Surface must be clean and dry.
2. Pierce end tube using cap and install nozzle.
3. Apply even and continuous bead to one surface. Allow sealant to skin before assembling.
4. To remove excess uncured sealant with mineral turpentine. Fully cured excess sealant can be removed by knife.
5. Clean away excess material from nozzle and replace with cap immediately after use.
6. Allow to cure overnight for best result

CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Uncured sealant may cause irritation to skin and eye. Sealant releases acetic acid vapours during curing; avoid prolonged inhaling and contacting with skin and eye. In case of eye contact, fl¬ush with water. Contact physician. In case of skin contact, remove it and wash with soap and water thoroughly. Store In A Cool, Dry Place
